Where is my order?
While we will happily ship worldwide, please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. We do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes, so you will be responsible for these. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Can I change/cancel my order once placed?
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders.

Is signature needed and can you ship to a PO Box, APO or FPO address?
All shipments require a signature upon delivery so we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
What happens if I refuse my shipment?
Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Keep in mind that this amount is dependent on your country. If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please be sure to reach out to us at before your order is dispatched.
Your order will be shipped via DHL Express and delivered between 5 -10 business days from the time you placed your order.
HOW LONG WILL MY PERSONALISED ORDER TAKE?
Please allow 7 working days to deliver (excluding weekends) for engraved items. Orders that have both a personalised and non-personalised item cannot be split into two separate shipments.
